Return Policy
Forever Freestyle Premium Hair takes pride in providing our customers with not only quality human hair extensions, wigs, lashes and others products, but also with a 100% Full Refund Guarantee. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with our products, you have 14-Days from the date you received the product to submit a Refund/Exchange Claim. Please review the following for more information:
- Upon receipt of product, please inspect and verify product(s) with shipping /packing receipt to ensure your order is correct.
- Also be sure to cross reference product(s) with order summary.
- Please avoid damaging product tags, and/or packaging in the event you have a problem with the order.
- A Refund/Exchange claim must be submitted within 14 days after receipt of product. All claims after 14 days will not be valid.
- All cash refunds will be credited by to the credit card or payment source used for the original purchase. If you have changed banks, or card information, We will mail a check in the full amount to the shipping address of the original order.
- If any portion of the purchased was made using a gift card that portion will be return to a gift card. No cash back on gift card purchase.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for refund to be applied to your account or back on our payment source.
- Please allow 1-3 days for processing and shipping of exchange once returned item is received.
- Based on your claim the returned product will be inspected upon receipt and your refund will be processed. You will receive a conformation email upon receipt of product.
- All Returned products must be in it's original packaging and unused. this includes however not limited to: plastic/rubber bundle ties must still be on product, Bundles must be unwashed or tampered with, lace wigs, closures and frontal must have lace intact.
- In the event you received damaged products please provide video and or photos showing the condition the product was received. We will immediately exchange the product once we receive the damaged product, Exchange claim and any supporting documents (shipping receipt photos/videos etc.(if required).
- For your protection All refunds are or/exchanges are returned to the original purchaser. If the returned product was a gift and you do not have the required information your refund will be in the form of store credit (Gift Card) . Store credit will only be applied upon receipt of merchandise and verification of merchandise.
Claim Process
When submitting a claim please have the following information available.
a. Order Number
b. Purchaser Information
c. Tracking number
d. Proof of Purchase. (Packing slips are not considered Proof of purchase.)

2. You will receive a Claim form via Email within 24 hours of your request. Please complete the Return/Exchange form completely. Any missing information may result in delay or refusal of refund or exchange.
3 Upon receipt of your completed claim form you will receive a return shipping label.
4. Once you receive the shipping label, please process and return products immediately.
5. Please note once the claim has been filed you will have 3 business days to return the product for refund or exchange. Any delay in product returns may delay or void your refund/exchange claim.
